Tuileries Perch
In Paris, there are so many beautiful places, amazing photographic opportunities, it is impossible to list them all - or even know them all. You could walk the streets, boulevards, parks, gardens, and neighborhoods for a decade and just when you think that you've discovered them all - lo and behold - you find another one (or dozen). That's one of the things that I adore about this city.
During this latest trip, I spent a lot of time in the Jardin des Tuileries. Every day, during our return walk to our apartment, we would take a short cut through the gardens. Since there are two great cafes in the middle of the gardens, we would stop for a snack and a warm drink to re-energize ourselves for the last leg of the journey home. And nearly every time we did stop, while the fam was relaxing, I would wander the gardens with my trusty Nikon. Here are a few of my favorite shots:
On this day, there were a group of artists scattered around the gardens

Yeah, I've got a thing for chairs

Vivre, rire, aimer!
